Welcome to our holiday home in one of the most beautiful regions of the Alps and of Austria. We hope you will enjoy your stay in both winter and summer.

We built our holiday home in 2025, so it´s brand new. We've focused on details that will make your stay (and our own) very comfortable and a luxurious experience. All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom; a complete and open kitchen with Quooker tap for ice cold, sparkling and boiling water; a skiing and shoe drying room; wellness with sauna and an extra bathroom; and a spacious livingroom with dining area that seats at least ten, for those elaborate drinks and snack times, copious meals and cosy board game nights.

As passionate skiers we love the area for what it has to offer in winter. The vast skiing area of Flachau and Snowspace Salzburg at only 8 minutes driving, the new gondola up the Monte Popolo in Eben and the amazing areas of Hochkonig/Maria Alm and Schladming/Dachstein all close by. Even visit the Kitzsteinhorn glacier in Kaprun/Zell am See in less than an hour's drive.

 

And enjoy the endless possibilities in summer, from hiking to biking, swimming and the breathtaking mountain views.
